Seef Properties announced the signing of an agreement with Nazer Media, a company specializing in technical solutions, content, and advertising, which has a regional presence in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony was held at Seef Properties’ headquarters in the presence of the CEO of Seef Properties, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf, and the General Manager of Nazer Media, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Kooheji, along with a number of officials from both parties.
Under the agreement, Nazer Media will install LED screens on lighting poles and billboards throughout Liwan, one of the most prominent destinations in the Hamala area. The agreement aims to enhance the Liwan visitor experience and create interactive opportunities for visitors and businesses alike.
On this occasion, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Seef Properties, said: “This agreement with Nazer Media reflects our long-term commercial strategy and our commitment to strengthening quality partnerships with leading entities in the sector. Since its opening in 2021, Al Liwan has been considered one of the most prominent mixed-use projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Spanning an area of 122,000 square meters, it is strategically located near the King Fahd Causeway leading to Saudi Arabia. The project includes a comprehensive range of restaurants, cafes, and shops, along with 117 residential units, a cinema, a family entertainment center, and open spaces. It also includes Fraser Suites Al Liwan, which comprises 63 luxury hotel apartments, making it an ideal destination for families and visitors of all ages.
